NATIONAL MOTORSPORTS ASSOCIATION
The auto industry needs the next generation of engineers and technicians. We're building them one youth at a time - certified, trained, and ready.
The Engine Building Bootcamp is a hands-on training program designed to equip youth ages 14 to 24 with essential skills in engine mechanics and automotive technology. Developed as a STEAM initiative under the National Motorsports Association, the Bootcamp serves as a pathway to career readiness, personal empowerment, and long-term professional support.
Rooted in the belief that “our youth decide their futures,” the program helps young people connect the dots between aspiration and real-world opportunities in the automotive and motorsports industries. Through expert instruction, mentorship, and immersive learning, participants gain the confidence, knowledge, and technical foundation needed to thrive in high-demand careers.
EEB is open. June 29 – August 3. Spots are limited — sign up now.
OUR VISION
NMA programs are built for one purpose: to change what's possible for the people who walk through our doors. Whether you're just starting out or starting over, every instructor, every lesson, and every certification is tailored to where you want to go. And built to get you there.
Since 1996, The National Motorsports Association has been on a mission to grow a world-class motorsports organization. One that fosters a love of the sport, celebrates its history through our Motorsports Hall of Fame, and builds real opportunity for youth and transitioning adults through mentorship and community outreach. Everyone in the NMA family — sponsors, team members, and fans — gets something real in return.
